I will make a responsive SPA aplication on Angular to show the information you want to have on your website using firebase for storing data an files. In design I can use bootstrap4, angular Material or IUKit for aesthetic purposes, or any library you want to have, or can create a clean beautiful CSS for you own style. I can include any functions using my knowledge on jquery for the use of any library you want to use.
