I'll design you a professional blog on Ghost CMS. It's a very intuitive CMS and is much faster than Wordpress. You can visit my personal blog at https://aabhusanaryal.com.np/ and see the speed from Google Page Speed Insights. (The current Desktop score is 97/100 and the Mobile score is 78/100)
I'll also do the basic SEO including indexing it in the Google Search (using Search Console) and will add all the analytics features.
You won't have to worry about the domain or web hosting. I'll do all the registration and other necessary stuff. The website will be hosted on DigitalOcean (two months will be free by using my referral link) and then will cost you $5 per month. If you already have a domain, you can simply point it to the nameservers I give you and we'll be good to go!
