This was a relatively simple gig for him, a pro, but for me, figuring out data scraping would've taken days. He was extremely responsive, proactive about ensuring the data formatting was correct and a sample of data was validated, and was flexible about revisions and helping me correct some bad data in the original source. I'm definitely bookmarking him for future gigs.
