I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and rarely chime in on reviews. In this case, I had no choice. While contributing one design motif of value, the skills, knowledge, and software of this developer is limited (e.g. not having Photoshop) and the response time to project questions was painfully slow. When responses did come in, questions would be partially answered or just not answered at all requiring multiple requests for information. In one case, changes needed for a morning client meeting were not done and social media icons were linked to an entirely different organization. How this could even happen, I have no idea. Worse still, no acknowledgment or apology was given.
